General terms and conditions (GTC)
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the online store (hereinafter referred to as "seller") and the customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer") concluded via the seller’s website. Conditions of the customer that contradict or deviate from these GTC will not be recognized unless the seller has expressly agreed in writing to their validity.
Order process
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" or "Submit order" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediate confirmation of receipt of the order follows the submission of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order acceptance via email or by delivering the goods.
Payment options
(01) All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.
(02) The customer may pay by the listed paying options in the footer. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Shipping terms
(01) Delivery occurs within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany & Austria.
(02) Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise specified in the product description.
(03) The seller assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or other events beyond the seller's control.
(04) The shipping is free for each order.
Return policy
(01) Due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of used or opened fragrances. Dirty, used, seal-opened, or damaged goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
(02) The customer bears the return shipping costs and the risk of shipping to our returns department. If the customer provides an incorrect address, even if it is just an address suffix, the costs incurred will not be covered by Døftmoln.
(03) We are not liable for lost packages due to partially complete or incorrect delivery addresses.
(04) Cancellations are not guaranteed as Døftmoln operates with an automated logistics system. If your package has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
(05) Døftmoln has the right to require evidence proving the damaged goods. If no such evidence can be provided, we are not liable for the damage.
(06) Orders containing a discount cannot be returned.
(07) The entire online shop is subject to Swiss right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you agree to all points.
Product guarantee
(01) The warranty is governed by the provisions of Swiss obligation law.
(02) The seller is not liable for damages that are not on the item itself, especially not for lost profit or other financial damages of the customer.
Privacy policy
(01) Customer data necessary for business transactions is stored and processed in accordance with data protection laws.
(02) The customer has the right at any time to information, correction, deletion, or blocking of their stored data.
Legal framework
(01) Contracts between the seller and the customer are governed by the law of the Swiss confederation, excluding UN and EU sales law.
(02) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the seller is the seller’s location.
(03) If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
